6-day Northern Camping Safari + Culture.
For Real Adventure
Day 1: Arusha - Tarangire National Park
Your adventure begins with an early morning departure from Arusha toward Tarangire National Park, a land famous for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds. Upon entering the park, you will immediately begin your game drive across rolling savannahs, seasonal swamps, and the Tarangire River often attracting large concentrations of wildlife during dry seasons. Expect to see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of bird species.
In the evening, you head to Migombani Campsite where a hot dinner is served under the African sky, followed by an overnight stay in a comfortable family tent.

Day 2-3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you journey toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands and Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route. As you descend into the Serengeti plains, the landscape opens into endless golden grasslands filled with wildlife. Over these two full days, you explore different regions of the park depending on seasonal migration movements. Expect thrilling encounters with lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and massive herds of wildebeest and zebras. Sunrise and sunset game drives offer the best chances for predator action and dramatic photography.
You spend two nights at Nyani Campsite, surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After an early morning game drive in Serengeti, you travel toward one of Africa’s natural wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater. Descending into the crater floor, you experience one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to the Big Five, including elephants, buffalo, lions, and the rare black rhino.
After a rewarding game drive, you ascend the crater rim and settle at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite, located on the edge of the highlands, where cool mountain air and scenic views create a magical evening atmosphere.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Karatu
After breakfast, you drive toward the remote and culturally rich region of Lake Eyasi, a seasonal soda lake located at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. This area offers a completely different safari experience—focused on culture rather than classic game drives. You will meet the indigenous Hadzabe people, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in East Africa. You may also interact with the Datoga blacksmith community, known for traditional iron crafting.
In the evening, you settle at Ngula Campsite, surrounded by peaceful wilderness.

Day 6: Hadzabe morning Hunt - Depature
Before sunrise, you join the Hadzabe tribe for a traditional morning hunting experience. You walk alongside skilled hunters as they demonstrate ancient survival techniques, including tracking animals and using handmade bows.
After this unique cultural encounter, you return for breakfast and lunch before preparing for departure. Your safari concludes with unforgettable memories of wildlife, landscapes, and authentic cultural immersion.
